Dean Jardee hails from the small eastern Montana community of Ekalaka and has made Great Falls his home for the last 28 years. As an educator of 27 years, Dean has worked with students in all 19 schools in the Great Falls School District and served as elementary administrator for Vaughn Public Schools for 8 years. He has also worked extensively with adult learners at two MSU campuses, North Dakota State University and Phoenix University.

Community Involvement has been a passion of Dean’s since he was involved with FFA and student council in high school.  He has served as Vice President of the Montana FFA, President of the Montana Association of Elementary and Middle School Principals and currently is the President of the Montana PTA (Parent Teachers Association). Dean loves to roll up his sleeves and get work done in any organization or group he is involved with whether it’s playing piano and singing for a function, rallying volunteers and support for a local cause, or serving as an emcee or host of a performance. Working as Development Director of United Way of Cascade County seemed like a perfect next step in Dean’s life.

“I see this position as a culmination of all the positive relationships and exciting opportunities I have experienced in my life. I get to be part of the greater good in our community and impact hundreds and thousands of lives of the amazing people in Cascade County.”
